Breaking news: Another indigenous death in custody

South Australian Police have confirmed a 23-year-old indigenous man died in Port Lincoln Prison last week.

It is believed the man, who was not from the local area, died on June 4.

Police are currently preparing a report for the coroner.

The SA Department for Correctional Services describes the prison a farm property accommodating male medium and low security prisoners.
