Reconciliation Week in NSW became very public last week when a NSW Fire Brigades truck became the focal point in Sydney with some amazing artwork.

The artwork was designed by indigenous firefighters, Muliyan Waters, Shawn Orcher, and Brodee Mate, who all work at Redfern Fire Station.

The design pays tribute to the Gadigal lands where the truck serves.

In a statement the NSW Government said it “stands with our Aboriginal community, and we are determined to work towards closing the gap once and for all.”
