The NRL All Stars game returns to North Queensland on Friday, as the Indigenous look to repeat their victory over the Māori in New Zealand in 2023.
It will be the sixth meeting between the two cultures, both sides have enjoyed two victories each, with the other match being a 10-10 draw in 2021.
Townsville’s Queensland Country Bank Stadium will host a game full of NRL stars from both Australia and New Zealand.
Maori will be coached for the first time by Adam Blair, who have a full lineup of Kiwi Test players available.
Indigenous coach Ronnie Griffiths’ side is considered to be less experienced, but is full of talent, led by Latrell Mitchell, with Josh Addo-Carr and Hamiso Tabuai-Fidow also in the team.
Kotoni Staggs and Alofiana Khan-Pereira make up a red-hot back five with 2023 Preston Campbell Medal winner Nicho Hynes and Braydon Trindall in the halves.
Veteran Josh Kerr and Shaquai Mitchell are the props with Adam Elliott and Josh Curran in the second row.
The Indigenous bench includes Capras prop Bailey Butler in his second All Stars appearance alongside Titans veteran Brian Kelly, Canberra Raider Hohepa Puru and Bulldog Bailey Biondi-Odo.
For the Maori Melbourne Storm star Jahrome Hughes and Redcliffe Dolphins playmaker Kodi Nikorima are in the halves with Jesse Arthars at fullback and Brandon Smith at hooker.
Former WA youngster Royce Hunt and Leo Thompson will start up front with Briton Nikora, Kenny Bromwich and Joseph Tapine completing a big back row.
Dane Gagai teams up in the centres with Raiders powerhouse Matt Timoko who will makes his All Stars debut.
