WA Police are conducting inquiries into the disappearance of a young Indigenous woman who has been missing since last Friday.

Tahlia Prior has not been seen since then and her mother Cindy has posted a plea on social media to help locate her.

“I am concerned for the health and welfare of my daughter Tahlia who has been missing from Bentley hospital since Friday 26 July 2024, 5.30pm,” Ms Prior wrote.

“Last seen wearing sky blue pants (hospital pjs) and black jumper. Police have been advised and are looking for her.”

Tahlia is a civil engineer and was recognised in 2022 for her outstanding achievements at the Premier’s Science Awards.
