‘Trellfit’Mitchell in great shape ahead of return

Indigenous league star Latrell Mitchell has acquired the new nickname of ‘Trell-Fit’ after images surfaced this week of him during a South Sydney training session.

The Rabbitohs star has slimmed down dramatically over the summer and is currently recovering from a hamstring injury.

Mitchell, 27, is due to return to action in round five of the NRL against the Roosters early next month.

It’s not certain where Mitchell will play when he returns as fullback Jye Gray has put in two great performances so fat this season.
